Zaxby’s is known for 2 things: Indescribably good chicken and Zax Sauce. Zach made the sauce himself and distributed it to various locations to keep the sacred recipe safe. Now with too many locations to keep up with, it is manufactured, but the process ensures no one single person ever knows the recipe from start to finish! Seriously not even the Executive Chef knows exactly how it’s made.
