What does it cost to set up my account?
Prezzee Business is absolutely FREE to use, no account fees, no registration fees and no delivery fees for email gifts. We charge a flat 1.15% for checking out with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX) and a 50¢ SMS fee however delivery by SMS is optional.
Can Prezzee cards be used for essentials like groceries?
Yes! Prezzee cards are accepted at major supermarkets, fuel stations, and essential service providers, giving recipients access to what they need most while maintaining spending controls you define.
What are the payment methods available?
You can check out with a VISA, AMEX or MasterCard (surcharge 1.15%), apply a bank transfer to the order, or pre-load your account with a float by selecting 'Deposit Funds' on the dashboard homepage. All eGift cards are sent out upon receipt of payment.
What reporting do you provide for government funding compliance?
Prezzee provides comprehensive transaction reporting including recipient details, spend locations, dates, and amounts which are all exportable for audit requirements and government funding acquittals. Reports can be customised to match your specific compliance needs.
