Steve is an Executive Director at Precision Group and is actively involved in all aspects of Precision’s business. Steve is a professional company director and corporate lawyer who brings considerable commercial, legal, corporate governance, M&A and finance experience to the Board with over 30 years’ experience. He has practised as a partner of top tier national and international firms including Finlaysons Lawyers, Allens and HWL Ebsworth where he led numerous national and international transactions and is currently a consultant to top tier leading national law firm Thomson Geer. Steve is also a current Director of global tech firm, Prezzee Ltd and is active in all aspects of that business.
Steve has had extensive company director experience. He has been a Director of Terramin Australia Limited, an ASX listed company and guided that company from its ASX listing through its growth and portfolio development in Australia and overseas. Steve also served as the Chairman of national contracting group, Exact Contracting, which operates extensively in the mining, civil and agricultural sectors and lead its growth and expansion strategy in Australia for over a decade, developing its customer strategy with a government and blue-chip focus.
Steve has also served on boards of not-for-profit organisations, including The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Research Foundation. Steve holds degrees in Commerce (Hons) and Law (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
